Appointments & Services

More Natural Products operates through an appointment-based wellness model. Appointments are required for in-person wellness services and scheduled pickups to ensure each visit receives focused attention and care.


Online Orders

All online orders are prepared with care and intention. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Pickup timing and instructions will be shared once your order has been confirmed.


Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available for eligible orders.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance
  • A delivery window of approximately 24–48 hours will be provided
  • If you will not be available to receive your order, please include clear instructions for a safe drop-off location

For apartment or gated communities, a gate code and unit number are required.
If access cannot be obtained and we are unable to reach you, delivery will be attempted for up to 10 minutes before the order is returned for pickup.

Right to Refuse Service
